Role Information

We are seeking a dynamic and driven APAC Ecosystem Manager / Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting and managing relationships with our existing ecosystem builders while actively engaging in business development to onboard new startups and developers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about blockchain technology, possess excellent account management skills, and have a knack for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

This role reports to the Aptos Foundation.

What you'll be doing:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portion of the existing and prospective ecosystem builders in the APAC region.

Provide ongoing support to builders, addressing any technical, operational, or strategic issues they may encounter.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with ecosystem builders to track progress and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in the APAC region, with a key focus in SEA.

Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective ecosystem builders, leveraging networking events, conferences, and industry contacts.

Develop and present compelling value propositions and partnership proposals to potential ecosystem builders.

Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Aptos’ strategic goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure ecosystem builders have the resources and support needed to succeed.

Assist ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptos’ blockchain solutions effectively.

Organize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote Aptos and engage with the community.

Gather and share feedback from ecosystem builders to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or ecosystem management, preferably in the tech industry. Web3/blockchain experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in Asia.

Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more APAC regional languages is a plus.

Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
