Role Information

As a key member of our Talent Management and Culture team, the Program Manager - Culture will spearhead initiatives to cultivate an impactful organizational culture, further connections, and create meaningful employee experiences. This includes thinking through and implementing innovative onboarding practices, inclusive culture initiatives, that work well in a remote setting. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Management and Culture function, this position will drive critical elements of our employee strategy, blending informed perspective with hands-on implementation expertise to ensure effective program rollouts.

Your impact

Oversee and elevate the company's comprehensive new hire readiness program, encompassing both short-term onboarding initiatives and long-term career development tools tailored to each CLL team member, ensuring their success from day one and beyond

Lead employee experience initiatives to deepen the roots of our culture further

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed culture initiatives across employee experience touch points and business practices

Develop and implement strategies to promote culture in a remote environment and foster inclusion

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor programs accordingly

Monitor and evaluate the success of programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to talent management, culture, and employee experience

Champion Project rollouts with a pulse on change, risks, sponsorship, outcomes, and impact

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, focusing on talent management, culture, and employee experience

Proven track record of successfully managing onboarding programs and culture initiatives

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different backgrounds and cultures as well as experience levels Innovative thinker with the ability to analyze data and drive meaningful insights

Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship

Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and execution focusedA passion for making things better for others to do their work more effective and efficient

Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and a strong interest in learning and develop industry knowledge

Hold a flexible approach to working in a startup environment

Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred
