The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the overall management of the human resources function in an organisation. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures related to cryptocurrency and all aspects of employee relations, such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, salary and benefits administration, and grievance resolution. The HR Manager also plays a key role in organisational design and change management initiatives.
The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager typically reports to the Director of Human Resources or the Vice President of Human Resources.
