The job of a Sales Associate is to sell products and services to customers. They are responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and giving advice on products. They also process payments and complete sales transactions. Sales Associates keep the sales floor clean and organised, and they may also restock shelves or help with customer returns. To be successful in this role, Sales Associates must be friendly and customer-oriented. They must also be able to handle multiple tasks at once and stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential, as Sales Associates must be able to give clear instructions and respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications, training and skills required
