Account Executive

The account executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients. They work with account managers to ensure that client needs are being met and that deadlines are being met. They also develop strategies for new business development, crypto strategies and create presentations to pitch ideas to clients. Account executives provide customer service support and handle any client concerns that arise. The ability to build strong relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and think strategically are essential skills for this position.

Account executives must also be able to work well under pressure, as they often have to meet tight deadlines. Those who thrive in this role are detail-oriented, organised, and have strong communication skills.
