They work with hiring managers to identify vacancies and post job listings online and on other recruitment channels. They also proactively reach out to talented individuals who may be a good fit for the company. Once a candidate has been identified, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct initial screenings to assess their suitability for the role. If the candidate passes this stage, they will be invited to interview with the hiring manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also work with the chosen candidate during the offer stage, to ensure that they accept the position.
