Role Information

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopesResponsibilities Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury teamCoordinate the implementation of new bank structures, services and controls processesAssist in optimum capital structure, perform simulations to senior managementManage bank accounts, handle Bank Relationship Management and negotiations of bank facilitiesAssist in our cash forecasting and global cash management processes including short term funding strategies and foreign exchange executionHelp to design automated systems and processes to support our fiat and digital assets processesAssist in liquidity forecasts and ongoing monitoring of liquidityWorks closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding, FX and digital assets positionsAligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately Requirements Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent1 to 2 years of Treasury experience is a plus ; fresh graduate welcomeExperience with V-Lookup, Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)Strong Excel skillsGood command of English & ChineseStrong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able towork under pressureStrong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast- paced environmentExceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and proposesolutions to complex or non-standard situationsDigital asset familiarity is an advantage#LI-CW1
