Role Information

We are seeking a talented Typescript / React Developer to join our team on a contract basis to assist in shipping version two of our staking pad, a leading-edge application in institutional staking ecosystem. This is a remote position designed for a mid-level to senior developer who thrives in a collaborative, remote, and fast-paced environment.

$60-110 per hour depending on skillset

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to implement new features and enhancements in version two of the staking application.

• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reusable React components.

• Integrate front-end components with backend systems built in Nest.js.

• Work with TypeORM to manage data models and database interactions.

• Ensure a consistent and responsive design using Tailwind CSS.

• Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experiences.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Typescript and React with a strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks and tools.

• Hands-on experience with Nest.js for backend development.

• Proficiency in TypeORM for ORM-based database management.

• Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and its integration in modern UI development.

• Familiarity with state management tools

• Familiarity with the integration of blockchain wallets and Ethereum & Solana staking.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and how to consume them in a React application.

• Experience with Git version control in a collaborative team setting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of blockchain concepts and the staking ecosystem is a plus.

• Experience with testing libraries such as Jest or React Testing Library.

• Familiarity with agile development processes and remote collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, or Trello.
