You'll be the bridge between our data and business decisions, working closely with teams across the organization to transform raw data into actionable insights.This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to support our growing ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in driving high-impact initiatives and have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s rapid growth.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines to handle complex data streams that can scale with our rapid growth Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics using SQL and BI tools (Quicksight/BigQuery/Tableau) Work closely with the product, marketing, and business teams to understand their analytics needs, focusing on key metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making Analyze both on-chain and off-chain data to support strategic decision-making Partner with the marketing team to analyze data, uncovering key insights and trends that can be transformed into compelling reports and narratives for external communications
