Role Information
An experienced and driven Node and Web3 Infrastructure Sales Associate is sought to join a leading Web3 infrastructure provider. This role focuses on driving the adoption of node infrastructure, RPC services, and Web3 solutions to a broad range of clients in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain platforms, decentralized application (dApp) developers, and other crypto-native enterprises in need of reliable Web3 infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in Web3 or tech infrastructure sales, combined with a strong understanding of the Web3 sector\\'s infrastructure needs.
Salary Range - $80-150k Dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the adoption of node infrastructure, RPC services, and Web3 solutions.
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients in the Web3 space, including blockchain firms, dApp developers, and other entities requiring Web3 infrastructure support.
Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and guide them through the sales process to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to align the infrastructure offerings with evolving client needs and technical requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to boost visibility and drive business growth.
Work closely with the sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.
What is Required:
Experience: 1-3 years in sales or business development, ideally in infrastructure, technology, or SaaS within the Web3, blockchain, or related sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RPC services, node operations, and Web3 infrastructure; familiarity with blockchain technology and dApp architecture is an advantage.
Client Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to independently source and close deals with high-profile clients.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing technical topics, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
