Role Information

An experienced and driven Node and Web3 Infrastructure Sales Associate is sought to join a leading Web3 infrastructure provider. This role focuses on driving the adoption of node infrastructure, RPC services, and Web3 solutions to a broad range of clients in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain platforms, decentralized application (dApp) developers, and other crypto-native enterprises in need of reliable Web3 infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in Web3 or tech infrastructure sales, combined with a strong understanding of the Web3 sector\\'s infrastructure needs.

Salary Range - $80-150k Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote the adoption of node infrastructure, RPC services, and Web3 solutions.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients in the Web3 space, including blockchain firms, dApp developers, and other entities requiring Web3 infrastructure support.

  • Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and guide them through the sales process to close deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align the infrastructure offerings with evolving client needs and technical requirements.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to boost visibility and drive business growth.

  • Work closely with the sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.

What is Required:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales or business development, ideally in infrastructure, technology, or SaaS within the Web3, blockchain, or related sectors.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of RPC services, node operations, and Web3 infrastructure; familiarity with blockchain technology and dApp architecture is an advantage.

  • Client Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to independently source and close deals with high-profile clients.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing technical topics, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
