Role Information
The company is looking for a Validator Operations Expert with deep knowledge of Solana to become a key part of the team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing Solana validators, providing RPC support within the Move ecosystem, and assisting with the integration of various SDKs across different blockchain networks. The role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who enjoys troubleshooting and maintaining validator performance.
Salary Range - $100-200k Dependent on experience
Core Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize Solana validators to ensure maximum uptime and adherence to protocol standards.
Work on RPC configurations and support for Move ecosystem integrations, contributing to broader EVM and crypto SDK support.
Utilize performance tracking and monitoring tools to proactively troubleshoot and resolve Solana validator issues.
Develop and maintain documentation detailing validator setup, optimization procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Work alongside engineering and client support teams to meet customer-specific technical requirements and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Solana-focused technical roles, with a strong emphasis on validator operations.
Proficiency in using Solana blockchain tools for validator management and node upkeep.
In-depth understanding of Solana’s network protocols, validator management, and performance improvement strategies.
Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus to track and assess validator health.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate documentation and team collaboration.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Familiarity with the EVM ecosystem, Move-based RPC, and other blockchain SDKs.
Exposure to multiple crypto SDKs and other blockchain technologies.
