Role Information

The company is seeking a skilled Validator Operations Expert with hands-on experience in Ethereum and Solidity to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing Ethereum-based validators, resolving smart contract issues, and supporting RPC configurations within the Ethereum network. This position is ideal for someone with a technical mindset who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary Range - $100-200k Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain Ethereum validators to ensure optimal uptime and compliance with protocol standards.

  • Provide troubleshooting and support for Solidity-based smart contracts and resolve validator-related issues.

  • Collaborate on setting up and maintaining RPC services for Ethereum-based integrations and contribute to supporting EVM and various crypto SDKs.

  • Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools to track validator performance and address technical issues proactively.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on validator configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Partner with engineering and customer success teams to resolve technical challenges and meet client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role involving Ethereum or Solidity, with exposure to validator operations and staking mechanisms.

  • Expertise with Ethereum development tools such as Geth and Hardhat, and a solid understanding of Solidity.

  • In-depth knowledge of Ethereum's Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus, transaction mechanics, and validator management requirements.

  • Experience with performance tracking and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and effective teamwork.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with SDKs beyond EVM, particularly in relation to RPC support within the Ethereum ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with other blockchain protocols and their related SDKs.
