At PINTU, We are building the #1 crypto investment platform to focus on new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We know that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater to the 1% who are pros and early adopters hence we built an app that helps them to learn, invest and sell cryptocurrencies in one click away.
We’re looking for Operations and Customer Success Staff to join our Operations Team, to support the day to day operations activities. What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will: Support the day to day operations activities Ensure the entire operations running smooth Be the front line of the company Maintain a good relationship with both new and existing users Be a consultant for the users as well as a communicator between the users and the company Ensure users satisfaction Process users registration data and monetary / crypto transactions through admin panel Monitoring the issues/complaints and troubleshoot by working with Product team Reading, prioritizing, and responding to users' queries through all channels (i.e. live chat, emails, phone calls and Telegram) Foster amazing users experience
Who We Are Looking For Have at least 1 year of experience working in the related role Able to operate Microsoft Office Fast learner Getting things done Fluent in English both spoken & written Ready to work on shifting schedule
