We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in a diverse role, and provide trusted and critical support to the CCO. This position is integral to the well-functioning of our Commercial Organisation.Responsibilities:Support the CCO: Provide comprehensive support to the CCO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.Organisational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Organisation by maintaining excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to support various projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.Communication: Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management.Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives within the Commercial Organisation.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive and adaptable approach to work.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge and experience using Salesforce (SFDC), will be a plus.R3 is a leading enterprise technology firm specialising in digital solutions for regulated financial markets.
