Role Information
We are looking for an experienced Options Trader with a strong background in systematic strategy research and trading. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in options trading, with a preference for individuals who have experience in option market making/systematic trading at proprietary trading houses. This position requires flexibility to cover US trading hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
Conducting systematic strategy research and developing trading algorithms
Executing options trades based on research findings and market analysis
Analyzing market data to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities
Managing risk and ensuring compliance with trading regulations
Collaborating with team members to optimize trading performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
3-4 years of experience in options trading with a focus on systematic strategy research and trading
Option market making experience from prop trading houses is preferred but not required
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis
Knowledge of options pricing models, risk management, and market dynamics
Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US trading sessions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
