Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated derivatives trader to join our trading team in The Bahamas. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable derivatives trading experience, strong quantitative skills, and a deep interest in crypto markets. This role involves managing and executing complex trading strategies, working cross-functionally to build our franchise, and contributing to the overall profitability of the trading desk.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the risk of the derivatives portfolio as part of a global trading team with a presence in Hong Kong, London, New York, and The Bahamas

Implement effective risk management strategies and ensure compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements

Execute trades and manage counterparty flows

Conduct market analysis to identify trading opportunities; stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments affecting crypto markets

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored derivatives solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field

At least five years of trading experience at a financial institution

Vision for building a market-leading franchise business

Prior experience in crypto, FX, or equity derivatives (exotics and structured products knowledge is a plus)

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical and financial modeling

Proficiency in trading platforms, risk management systems, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
