Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join the Animoca Brands Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on the tactical aspects of marketing, emphasizing meticulous planning, execution, and monitoring of specific marketing initiatives within predefined timelines and budgets. ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Coordinate and communicate with marketing team members and cross-functional teams, including social media managers, event managers, marketing teams from subsidiaries and in-house projects.Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and ROI, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.Ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies and platforms, driving automation and efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5 years of experience in marketing or project management in a marketing environment. Candidates with less experience could be considered for an Assistant Manager positionUnderstanding blockchain and web3 technologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a teamStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesProficiency in project management tools like Notion or monday.com is nice to have
