Role Information

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services and applications using Java and Spring Boot framework.

Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to support application functionality.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces.

Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.

Optimize database queries and manage database schema design for MySQL and MongoDB.

Troubleshoot and debug issues reported in production environments.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in backend development.

Participate in code reviews, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the development team.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Skillsets Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their applications in software development.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework for building and deploying backend applications, including developing RESTful APIs and applying design patterns like MVC (Model-View-Controller), Singleton, Factory, and Observer.

Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Familiarity with Version Control Systems (VCS) such as Git for code repository management, branching, and merging.

Familiarity with web development technologies including Struts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
