Role Information

The Product team at Trilitech play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge products that redefine the possibilities of blockchain technology. As a Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of a new project incubated internally. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of developing and delivering an innovative decentralised exchange for spot and derivatives trading, from scratch. The project aims to exceed both the standards of traditional-finance market places, and the transparency and autonomy afforded by decentralised systems.

Some of the design goals involve:

  • Efficient and low latency trading via central limit order books

  • Margin trading taking full advantage of cross-collateralization

  • A sophisticated and robust automated risk engine for an autonomous central clearing counterparty

What you’ll do

  • Developing and communicating clear product strategies for tokenisation of commodities and trading of the tokens via DEX and CEX

  • Develop relationships with DEX and CEX businesses with a view to collaboratively designing product strategy, the end-to-end product development lifecycle, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams at Trilitech and with partners for successful product launches

  • Effectively communicating product updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant stakeholders

  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities

  • Utilising data and user feedback to enhance the user experience and inform product decisions

  • Collaboratively developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features based on business impact and customer value

  • Monitoring industry regulations and compliance standards pertinent to blockchain products

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for a financial trading product

  • Strong technical knowledge of spot and derivatives trading

  • Work experience at a top investment bank, hedge fund or prop trading firm

  • Interest in blockchain-enabled trading

  • Track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse teams
