Role Information

Responsibilties

Assist investment or M&A deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution

Conduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions

Prepare investment memo, management presentations and other reports to senior management

Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business inntiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with BU leaders or other resources as necessary

Produce fundraising materials for potential investor meetings

Assist and follow up project in all aspect such as liaising and coordinating with internal / external parties and oversea subsidiaries, administrative support and follow-up procedure etc.

Coordinate and manage relationships with investors and intermediaries

Requirement

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Min 1-2 year professional experience

Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

Proficient in spoken and written English (Chinese or other Asian language would be a plus)

Good analytical skill

Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player

A good problem solver, be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours

Strong interests in latest technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence)
