Role Information

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering Manager to lead our team of IT Infrastructure Engineers in designing, implementing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, engineering, security and performance of our IT systems, networks, servers, cloud services and applications. You will also collaborate with other Technology Engineering stakeholders to align the IT infrastructure with the business goals and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure strategy, roadmap and architecture

• Leading and mentoring a team of IT infrastructure engineers and architects

• Planning and executing IT infrastructure projects and initiatives

• Ensuring the availability, reliability, scalability and security of the IT infrastructure

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT infrastructure issues

• Evaluating and recommending new IT infrastructure technologies and solutions

• Managing the IT infrastructure budget and resources

• Establishing and enforcing IT infrastructure policies, standards and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of ten years of experience in IT infrastructure design, engineering, administration, and troubleshooting.

• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.

• Excellent communication skills for clear and efficient information dissemination.

• Proficient project management skills to ensure successful delivery of IT infrastructure solutions.

• Ability to stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
