Role Information
Main Responsabilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source, screen and interview candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify qualified AI and blockchain professionals.
Assess candidates\' skills, experience and cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific positions.
Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including tracking each candidate through every instance.
Build and maintain a strong talent network in the AI and blockchain sectors to proactively identify potential candidates.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and blockchain technologies to effectively assess candidate capabilities.
Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
To Apply You Need
Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years as an IT recruiter, preferably focused on AI and blockchain.
Candidate must be able to hold fluent conversations and interviews in English and Spanish.
Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies, trends and labor market dynamics.
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
Ability to learn the suitability of candidates for AI and blockchain positions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring goals and delivering high quality hires.
